The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 17 December 2020 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 16 December 2020 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "PRESTARIANG BERHAD" to "AWANBIRU TECHNOLOGY BERHAD" with effect from 16 December 2020.
This announcement is dated 17 December 2020.
