We refer to our announcements dated 15 April 2019, 16 July 2019, 31 October 2019, 4 December 2019, 10 June 2020, 29 June 2020 and 23 July 2020.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the case management of PSKIN’s Originating Summons (“OS”) fixed on 30 November 2020 has been adjourned to 23 December 2020.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcements on material developments in respect of this matter from time to time.
