Proposed Scheme Of Arrangement Between Prestariang Skin Sdn. Bhd. And Its Scheme Creditors Pursuant To Section 366 Of The Companies Act 2016

We refer to our announcements dated 24 August 2020, 30 September 2020, 14 October 2020 and 9 November 2020 in relation to the proposed scheme of arrangement (“Proposed Scheme”) between Prestariang SKIN Sdn Bhd (“PSKIN”) and its scheme creditors (“Scheme Creditors”). The Company will adopt the same references as set out in the announcement dated 24 August 2020.

The Company wishes to update that the High Court of Malaya has granted the approval of the Proposed Scheme today, pursuant to the application filed by PSKIN dated 11 November 2020. The office copy of the Order of the High Court of Malaya will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
