Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company's announcement on 3 November 2020 ("the Announcement") in relation to the Letter of Award received by Prestariang's wholly-owned subsidiary, Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd from Menteri Besar Selangor (Pemerbadanan) to develop and implement the SELANGOR KERJAYA PROGRAM ("LOA").
Further to the Announcement, the Company wishes to inform that the LOA was received and accepted on 3 November 2020.
