Description

PRESTARIANG BERHAD ("PRESTARIANG" or "the Company") - PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN PRESTARIANG EDUCATION SDN BHD

 

We refer to our announcement dated 25 February 2020 in relation to the proposed disposal of the entire equity interest in Prestariang Education Sdn. Bhd. ( “Proposed Disposal”). The Company will adopt the same references as set out in the announcement dated 25 February 2020.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the Company has procured the Ministry of Higher Education’s approval vide its letter dated 23 October 2020 which was received on 27 October 2020 for the change of shareholder and shareholding structure and the composition of the board of directors in Prestariang Education Sdn. Bhd., as required under the conditional Shares Sale Agreement with Serba Dinamik Group Berhad.

 

Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, Prestariang Education Sdn. Bhd. shall cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
