PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE ISSUED SHARES IN PRESTARIANG

(Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements in relation to Private Placement)

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Prestariang, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.296 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The aforementioned issue price of RM0.296 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0326 or 9.92% from the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Prestariang from 5 June 2020 to 12 June 2020 of approximately RM0.3286 per Placement Share.
