- PROPOSED RENEWAL OF AUTHORITY FOR THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS OWN SHARES OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF THE COMPANY ("PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHARE BUY-BACK AUTHORITY") AND PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE COMPANY ("PROPOSED ADOPTION OF NEW CONSTITUTION")

The Board of Directors of Prestariang wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority and Proposed Adoption of New Constitution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.


A Statement to Shareholders setting out details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority and Proposed Adoption of New Constitution will be issued to the shareholders of Prestariang in due course.
