Working experience and occupation 
Mr. Baldesh Singh began his career in investment banking in 1992 with Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad. In the time since, he has had the benefit of exposure to a variety of industries at both middle and senior management level, including Group Financial Controller of Tajo Berhad starting in 1998. In this capacity he was instrumental in the financial and operational restructuring of Tajo Berhad together with the Chief Executive Officer & other business unit heads.

Mr Baldesh Singh then moved to Hong Kong and took on the  position of Chief Financial Officer for the Works Partnership Group  with offices and operations in Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore & China to name a few in addition to Hong Kong.

Returning to Malaysia in 2007, some notable roles he has undertaken includes as Executive Vice President in the office of the Vice Chairman for SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad, Head of Strategy for Kencana Capital Sdn Bhd and Chief Financial Officer & Head of Strategy for Liannex Corporation Ltd.

Most recently, Mr Baldesh Singh was the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of Eduspec Holdings Berhad until May 2018.
