Remarks :

The Board of Directors approved to change the financial year end of the Company from 31 March to 30 June. The audited financial statements shall now be for a period of 18 months from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2019. The change of financial year end is in line with the ongoing negotiations for compensation arising from SKIN Project. The Company expects to be in a better position to take a view on the compensation sum arising from these negotiations by the close of the extended financial period.
