Remarks :

The Board of Directors of Prestariang Berhad ("the Company") had on 3 December 2018 approved the change in the financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 31 March. Thus, the next set of audited financial statements shall be for a period of fifteen (15) months from 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2019. Thereafter, the financial year end shall be on 31 March for each subsequent year.
