Outcome of Meeting

Prestariang Berhad ("PRESTARIANG") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Eighth Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") dated 17 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of PRESTARIANG by way of poll voting.

The results of the poll which were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by PRESTARIANG, are set out in Appendix I.
