The Board of Directors of Prestariang wishes to update the status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") as follow:-

1. MOU entered into between Prestariang with Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited and Conversant Solutions Pte Ltd ("Alibaba Cloud" and "Conversant")

With reference to the Company’s announcement on 12 January 2017 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company with Alibaba Cloud and Conversant (collectively be referred to as “the Parties”), the Company wishes to inform that the parties are currently engaging to finalise the partner reseller agreement and business plan for the education market.

2. MOU entered into between Prestariang and Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (“PTPTN”)

With reference to the Company’s announcement on 8 March 2018 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company with PTPTN (collectively be referred to as “the Parties”), the Company wishes to inform that it is in the midst of negotiating the terms and conditions of the definitive legally binding agreement(s) between the Parties.
