The Board of Directors of Prestariang wishes to update the status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") as follow:-

1. MOU entered into between Prestariang with Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited and Conversant Solutions Pte Ltd ("Alibaba Cloud" and "Conversant")

With reference to the Company's announcement on 12 January 2017 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company with Alibaba Cloud and Conversant (collectively be referred to as "the Parties"), the Company wishes to inform that the Parties are currently negotiating to extend the duration of the MOU for another one year from 11 January 2018.

This announcement is dated 27 February 2018.
