PRESTARIANG BERHAD ("PRESBHD OR THE COMPANY") - SUSPENSION OF TRADING

PRESBHD wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request of a suspension in the trading of the securities of the Company on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 18 July 2017 pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under Paragraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note 2 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
