The Board of Directors of Prestariang wishes to update the status of the Memorandums of Understanding ("MOU") as follows:-

1. MOU entered into between University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering ("UniMy"), a tertiary education facility established under Prestariang Education Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prestariang, with its industry partners

With reference to the previous announcements in relation to the MoUs entered by UniMY with each of the following entities to support UniMy’s aspiration to develop a tertiary education facility focusing on computer science and engineering,:-

(i) Kumpulan Modal Perdana Sdn. Bhd. (“KMP”); and

(ii) NanoMalaysia Berhad (“NanoMalaysia”).

(KMP and NanoMalaysia shall collectively be referred to as “Industry Partners”).

The Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development since the previous announcement.

2. MOU entered into between Prestariang and CIDB Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

With reference to the Company's announcement on 17 November 2014 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company with CIDB Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development since the previous announcement.

3. MOU entered into between Prestariang with Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited and Conversant Solutions Pte Ltd ("Alibaba Cloud" and "Conversant")

With reference to the Company's announcement on 12 January 2017 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company with Alibaba Cloud and Conversant, the Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development since the previous announcement.
