PRESTARIANG BERHAD (" PRESTARIANG" OR "THE COMPANY") - Proposed renewal of share buy-back authority of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up capital of the Company ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back")

The Board of Directors of Prestariang wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back will be issued to the shareholders of Prestariang in due course.
