Further to the Company's announcements dated 23 January 2015 (reference number CS-150123-A82D3) and 26 January 2015 (reference number CS-150126-50764), the Board of Directors of Prestariang is pleased to announce that today, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd had received the Letter of Award dated 27 March 2015 from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (“LHDNM”) to provide Microsoft software licenses and value-added services under the Master Licensing Agreement (MLA) 2.0 for a period of three (3) years effective from 1 March 2015 to 28 February 2018 at a total price of RM29,989,487.38. The price does not include goods & services tax.
