The Board of Directors of Prestariang wishes to update the status of the Memorandums of Understanding ("MOU") as follows:- 

1. MOU entered into between University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering ("UniMy"), a tertiary education facility established under Prestariang Education Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prestariang, with its industry partners

With reference to the previous announcements in relation to the MoUs entered by UniMY with each of the following entities to support UniMy’s aspiration to develop a tertiary education facility focusing on computer science and engineering,:- 

(i) Kumpulan Modal Perdana Sdn. Bhd. (“KMP”); and

(ii) NanoMalaysia Berhad (“NanoMalaysia”).

(KMP and NanoMalaysia shall collectively be referred to as “Industry Partners”).  

The Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development since the previous announcement.  

2. MOU entered into between Prestariang and CIDB Holdings Sdn. Bhd. 

With reference to the Company's announcement on 17 November 2014 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company with CIDB Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development since the previous announcement.  

3. MOU entered into between Prestariang Technology Sdn. Bhd. and YPJ Holdings Sdn. Bhd. 

With reference to the Company's previous announcements on 27 March 2014 and 26 November 2014 in relation to the MOU entered into between Prestariang Technology Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Prestariang with YPJ Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development since the previous announcements.
