With reference to the Company's announcement on 23 January 2015 in relation to the Letter of Award (“LoA”) from the Ministry of Finance (“MoF”) to Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd ("PSSB"),  a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, the Company wishes to add the following:-

1. The Master Licensing Agreement (MLA) 2.0 is a centralised procurement contract which allows all government agencies to purchase Microsoft software, products and services through PSSB. The value of this contract will depends on the demands and requests from the government agencies for Microsoft software and product throughout the contract period.
2. The LoA is for 3 years, effective 1 February 2015. However, the LoA did not specify on the renewal terms.
3. This contract is expected to have a positive effect on net tangible assets and earnings for financial year ending 31 December 2015 but this will be subjected to new orders and renewal request from government agencies for Microsoft software, product and services.
