BONUS ISSUE OF 220,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.10 EACH IN PRESTARIANG (“PRESTARIANG SHARES”) (“BONUS SHARES”) TO BE CREDITED AS FULLY PAID-UP, ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING PRESTARIANG SHARE HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS ON THE ENTITLEMENT DATE (“BONUS ISSUE”)

We refer to the announcements dated 20 February 2014, 12 March 2014, 20 March 2014, 31 March 2014, 1 April 2014, 16 April 2014 and 5 May 2014 in relation to the Bonus Issue. All abbreviations herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the abovementioned announcements unless stated otherwise.
