PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF 220.0 MILLION NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.10 EACH IN PRESTARIANG BERHAD (“PRESTARIANG SHARES”) (“BONUS SHARES”) ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING PRESTARIANG SHARE HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER (“PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE”)

We refer to the announcement dated 20 February 2014 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue. All abbreviations herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the abovementioned announcement unless stated otherwise.
