- Proposed Amendments to Articles of Association to the Company
("Proposed Amendments")
- Proposed authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company ("Proposed Share Buy-Back")
The Board of Directors of the PRESBHD wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approvals for the Proposed Amendments and the Proposed Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.
Circulars to Shareholders setting out details of the Proposed Amendments and Proposed Share Buy-Back will be issued to the shareholders of PRESBHD in due course.
