Further to the announcement dated 22 June 2012, the Company is pleased to announce that today, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prestariang Education Sdn Bhd (“PESB”) had received an approval letter dated 10 January 2013 stating that the Minister of Higher Education Malaysia has granted its approval to PESB to establish a private higher education institution to be known as Universiti Malaysia of Computer Science And Engineering (UniMy).
