- Proposed authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company ("Proposed Share Buy-Back")

The Board of Directors of PRESBHD wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date which will be announced later.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back will be issued to the shareholders of PRESBHD in due course.
