- ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION OF 19,999,998 ORDINARY SHARES IN PRESTARIANG EDUCATION SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF PRESBHD

The Board of Directors of PRESBHD wishes to announce that PRESBHD had on 4 April 2012 subscribed an additional 19,999,998 ordinary shares of RM1/- each fully paid-up in the capital of Prestariang Education Sdn. Bhd. ("PESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRESBHD, at par value for a total cash consideration of RM19,999,998/-.

With the additional subscription, the issued and paid-up share capital of PESB shall increase to RM20,000,000/-, representing 20,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1/- each and PESB shall remain as a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRESBHD.
