Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 29 December 2025 in relation to the letters of Award from the MOHE for the provision of Google AI tools.

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 29 December 2025, the Board of Directors of AWANTEC wishes to provide additional information in relation to the Letters of Award from the MOHE for the provision of Google AI tools, as attached.
