Description AWANBIRU TECHNOLOGY BERHAD ("AWANTEC" OR "THE COMPANY") - CLOUD FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT BETWEEN GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA WITH GOOGLE CLOUD MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. AND AWANTEC SYSTEMS SDN. BHD.
We refer to our announcement dated 13 May 2022.

The Company is pleased to announce that following the expiration of the Cloud Framework Agreement on 31 December 2024 (“CFA 1.0”), which was originally executed on 17 March 2022 between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Awantec Systems Sdn. Bhd. with the Government of Malaysia as represented by MAMPU and Google Cloud Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., the CFA 1.0 has been extended for an additional period of six (6) months, followed by another six (6) months, effective from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, or until the availability of Cloud Framework Agreement 2.0, the successor agreement to the CFA 1.0, whichever comes earlier.

This extension underscores the continued and strengthened collaboration between all parties involved to support the Government of Malaysia’s Cloud initiatives, ensuring continued progress and innovation in Cloud infrastructure and solutions.
