We refer to our announcements dated 22 December 2023, 17 January 2024, 2 February 2024 and 7 March 2024 in relation to the proposed scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") between the Company’s subsidiary, Prestariang SKIN Sdn. Bhd. ("PSKIN") and its Scheme creditors.
The Company wishes to announce that on 13 March 2024, the Court order dated 6 March 2024 approving the Scheme between PSKIN and its Scheme creditors has been duly lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. This announcement is dated 13 March 2024. |
