We refer to our announcement dated 15 April 2019 and series of subsequent announcements thereafter in relation to the legal proceedings by PSKIN against the GOM. The Company wishes to announce that the hearing date fixed on 15 August 2023 for the continued hearing of the Originating Summons has been vacated by the Court and rescheduled to 27 October 2023. The Company will make the necessary announcements on material developments in respect of this matter from time to time. This announcement is dated 15 August 2023. |
