The Board of Directors of AWANTEC wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.


A Statement to Shareholders setting out details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued to the shareholders of AWANTEC in due course.
