We refer to our announcement dated 8 February 2021 in relation to the disposal of one eight (8) storey stratified corporate office building known as Block 12, Corporate Park, Star Central @ Cyberjaya. The Company will adopt the same references as set out in the announcement dated 8 February 2021.

The Purchaser had on 15 July 2021 written to Prestariang Systems Sdn. Bhd. (“PSSB” or “the Vendor”) requesting for an extension of time to pay the Balance Purchase Price (the "Request"). PSSB, having considered the Request, agreed to the Purchaser’s request for the extension to 31 October 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on material developments in respect of this matter from time to time.
