AWANBIRU TECHNOLOGY BERHAD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS PRESTARIANG BERHAD) ("AWANTEC" OR "THE COMPANY") - PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF 51% EQUITY INTEREST HELD IN PRESTARIANG O&G SDN. BHD.

The Company is pleased to announce that the Company had on 23 August 2021 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with MIE Corporate Holdings Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed disposal of 178,500 ordinary shares, representing 51% of the Company’s equity interest held in Prestariang O&G Sdn. Bhd.
