We refer to our announcement dated 2 April 2021 in relation to the Creditors’ Voluntary Winding Up of Prestariang Tech Services Sdn. Bhd. (“PTSSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prestariang Services Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a subsidiary of the Company.

AWANTEC wishes to inform that a fully virtual and live-stream Meeting of the Creditors of PTSSB was held pursuant to Section 449(1) of the Companies Act 2016 from the Broadcast Venue at Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd., Level 7, Menara Milenium, Jalan Damanlela, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur on 3 May 2021 at 10:00 a.m., whereby Mr. Lim Tian Huat and Mr. Chiang Teng Guan of Messrs. Rodgers Reidy & Co. were appointed as the Joint and Several Liquidators for the Creditors’ Voluntary Winding Up of PTSSB by a resolution of the Company and its Creditors.

The Company will make the relevant update announcement(s) in relation to the foregoing as and when there are material developments on the same.
